Jeremy Davis President & CEO
Jeremy has directed the successful growth of both global subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies and early stage, venture-backed technology companies. He ran Erisco and Sales Technologies for Dun & Bradstreet and InConcert for Xerox Ventures. He also co-founded The GPRA Group providing micro-political risk services to companies operating in emerging markets. Jeremy has a MBA in International Business and has served on multiple public and private boards of directors. He currently lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
Jeffrey Hayes Vice President Business Development
Jeff has specialized in demand generation, customer advocacy, partner enablement and go-to-market strategies for both new and emerging technologies. Focus areas have included analytic solutions for law enforcement, military, intelligence, government and corporate/commercial clients. Previous employers include Cisco Systems and Cellebrite, Inc. Jeff was a Captain in the US Air Force and hold a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently lives in Arlington, VA.
Sia Soroui Chief Technology Officer
Sia has over 18 years of experience working in a variety of roles within IT and software development in both the public and private sector. His work history includes forays into data analysis, reverse engineering, visualization, video processing, intelligent networks, computer security, and web development. Prior to arriving at Exovera, Sia helped found and sell a video streaming startup (mStream) in the Washington, D.C. area.
Andrew Katona Chief Analyst & Product Director
Andrew manages the media analysis teams that produce a range of products enhancing government and commercial clients’ understanding of the international media environment, including social media for the US Department of Defense and US State Department. Previously, he worked in trade and international development with the Inter-American Development Bank, and later, as a consultant with clients such as the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs. Andrew holds an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University Elliott School and a BA Political Science from Case Western Reserve University. He speaks Spanish and German.
Saurav Ghosh Director of Data Analytics
Saurav brings a rich background in data analytics including text mining, natural language processing (probabilistic topic models, dependency parsing, word embeddings), information extraction, predictive analytics, data source selection and integration, missing data imputation and class imbalance handling. He holds a BE in electronics and communications engineering from Jadavpur University, India and a PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
Anthony Miller Data Manager
As the Data Manager, Anthony helps keep Exovera's 24/7 team of media monitors and analysts operating efficiently. He joined Exovera in 2009 and managed news desk services for the USSTRATCOM Foreign Media Analysis program. He holds a Masters in Public Policy from George Mason University and a BA in International Studies from Virginia Tech.
